On Oct 16th, 2017, the Miami Herald ran an article on Erik Agazim called “Gun supplier accused of destroying Sunset Harbor fire alarms” and a similar article was written by the Miami New Times on Oct 17, 2017 called “Miami Beach Man used Machete to slash 11 fire alarms”.
Both articles were written biased against Erik Agazim and assumed that he was guilty of the charges brought against him.
Neither newspaper followed up on the case because if they had they would have discovered that all charges against Erik Agazim were dismissed by the Miami-Dade States Attorney’s Office and Erik Agazim was exonerated of all charges.
Below is the official receipt from the Miami-Dade Clerks Office proving that Erik Agazim was falsely accused of all charges and that all charges against Erik Agazim were dismissed:
Erik Agazim and his Company "National Police Ammunition" are members of the Miami Dade County Association of Chiefs of Police, the Florida Police Chiefs Association, the Florida Highway Patrol Command Officers Association, and the Florida Sheriffs Association.
